We are Canadians who love to travel.  We have travelled all over the world but we share a passion for South Africa.

For Jean, it started as a child reading books about the explorers of “The Dark Continent”.  For John, it began when he worked there for several months about 20 years ago.

We met at London University in the UK where Jean graduated in German and French and John in Civil Engineering.  Jean went on to become a teacher, a homemaker and a real estate agent.  From these experiences she has developed a very keen sense of how to interact and work with people from diverse backgrounds.  John has more than 35 years of domestic and international experience in all aspects of strategy, planning, logistics and transportation.

Since retiring from our respective professions we have made many trips to Southern Africa and acquired extensive personal knowledge about where to go, what to see and where to stay.  We have travelled all over the country, done lots of safaris and stayed in lots of different places.  Our friends in South Africa tell us that we have seen more of the country than they have and know more about where to go and what to see.

This direct knowledge and the “been there, done that” experience provide clients with confidence when planning their trip.
